We will be happy to make changes (dates & times) with ample notice and subject to availability. A full refund will be granted if requested prior to 48 hours of your scheduled tour reservation date. Refunds requested after the 48-hour cancellation policy will occur a fee of $35.00 and NO refunds will be granted within 24 hours of your scheduled tour, or a no show.

A credit or debit card is necessary for all reservations made over the internet and phone. We will charge a deposit at the time the reservation is made and a final charge for the remaining balance will occur on the day of the schedule tour.
